About Susan Gordon

Susan Gordon is a benefits attorney with expertise in benefits management, compliance, consulting, employee communications and administration. She is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra Law School. Susan also has California attorneys on staff and has a national presence in the employee benefits field.

Susan has over 25 years of experience in resolving benefits issues, serving employee populations of 5 to 20,000.  During this time, she worked in corporations, trust departments, consulting firms and accounting firms. This broad experience creates her multi-faceted approach to benefits issues and expeditious resolution of problems.

Susan was President and founder of Specialized Benefits Communications, an employee communications firm that served such clients as Walt Disney Company, Toshiba, Sumitomo Bank and Litton Industries.
